Welcome everyone to our first blog post. For those of you unfamiliar with the term Greenologists, let me take a minute to explain.

Greenologists are multifamily housing experts. We help owners save money and increase their property value through energy efficiency improvements. As both energy efficiency and property management professionals, we’re able to leverage our experience to identify the best options that will have the greatest impact. We survey multifamily properties to identify energy saving opportunities. Then we access incentives, grants and financing programs to help owners afford the upgrades.

Going forward we will be blogging about energy saving opportunities, incentive programs, new technologies, and other things we bump into day-to-day as we explore apartment buildings throughout New York State.
